Developer Resources
Open GTFS data and real-time feeds.
RTA publishes open transit data so developers can build apps, analyses and tools that help people ride. The data is free to use under the terms of use below.
GTFS & real-time feeds
- GTFS Static — routes, stops, trips and schedules in the General Transit Feed Specification format. RTA updates it several times a week, so check back for newer versions.
- GTFS-Realtime — trip updates, vehicle positions and service alerts through the Swiftly API, refreshed about every 15 seconds.
Get the data
| Feed | Format | Access |

| Trip Updates, Vehicle Positions & Alerts | GTFS-RT (Swiftly API) | Request an API key (opens in a new window) |
| Feed previews | GTFS & GTFS-RT | OpenMobilityData (opens in a new window) |
Production real-time access needs an API key. Preview versions on OpenMobilityData update less often.
